Admission Form :

 

Brochure with Application format for membership is available at Club Office from 01:00 pm to 05:00 pm on all working days and on Saturday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm on a payment of Rs.150.00 (Rupees one hundred and fifty) only. Fill up and submit the Application form along with requisite documents and fee only at Club Office for processing membership.

 

 

Admission Fee & Monthly Subscription/Coaching fee :

 

As prescribed in the Brochure.

 

 

Application for Membership may be summarily rejected on the following grounds :

 

· Individual is having any doubtful background or involving in undesirable activities of controversies in the field of shooting and sports area.

· If found to be a member of any other shooting/archery club and NOC is not submitted along with the application.

· Any false declaration in application form.

· Individual is found to have no aptitude or is not likely to acquire the desired shooting skill and abilities.

· Member resigned on an earlier occasion.

· The form is used by anyone other than the person on whose name it is issued, as the form is not transferable.

Honorary Member (HM)

Distinguished Member (DM)

Shooter Member (NE)

Shooter & Ordinary Member (ES) - for employees only

Employee Dependent Member (ED) - for employees spouse and children only

Employee Ward (EW) - for employees spouse and children only

 

 

Membership Card :

 

On acceptance of membership, an Identity Card affixing the recent Photograph of the member duly Signed by the Asstt. Secretary, will be issued to the individual. The validity of the card will be in force till the membership is continued. If the card is lost by any means, the individual should lodge a General Missing Diary with the police station immediately and apply for second issue of ID Card after payment of the cost of the same as per the prevailing market rate.
